Results may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:

  • Screen brightness and resolution

  • Ambient lighting conditions

  • Viewing distance

  • User understanding and response accuracy

  • Use of existing eyewear

  • Natural variability between eyes

Accordingly:

  • Results are indicative only

  • Results are not clinical measurements

  • Accuracy is not guaranteed

If you experience vision concerns, sudden changes in vision, eye pain, double vision, or persistent discomfort, you must seek in-person examination by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist.


5. Eye-Exercise Activities Disclaimer

MyDiopter may provide guided eye-exercise activities intended solely for general visual wellness and comfort.

These activities:

  • Are not medical treatment

  • Are not vision therapy

  • Are not a substitute for professional care

  • Do not guarantee improvement in vision or symptoms

Participation is voluntary and at the user’s own discretion.

Users must immediately stop any exercise if experiencing:

  • Eye pain

  • Dizziness

  • Headache

  • Visual disturbance

  • Any unusual symptoms

and should seek professional advice where appropriate.


6. Referral to Independent Eye-Care Professionals

MyDiopter may enable users to voluntarily select and contact independent eye-care professionals.

Important:

  • Eye-care professionals listed or selected through the platform are independent third parties

  • They are not employees, agents, or representatives of MyDiopter

  • MyDiopter does not supervise, control, or guarantee their services

  • Any professional relationship is formed solely between the user and the chosen provider

By choosing to share your information with a professional, you explicitly request that such information be transmitted for the purpose of facilitating follow-up care.

MyDiopter is not responsible for:

  • Clinical outcomes

  • Professional advice provided

  • Scheduling or availability

  • Quality of care

  • Fees charged by the provider


7. User Responsibility

Use of the service is voluntary and at your own discretion.

You are solely responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDiopter disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
