FAQ
How long does each session take?
About 5 minutes a day. On some days you’ll add 1–2 minutes for a quick warm-up or near↔far shift—still short, focused, and easy to stick with.
When will I notice a change?
Most people feel easier, more comfortable near-vision within 7–14 days. Pace is individual—the goal is steady improvement, not a one-time “jump.”
Do I need any special equipment?
No. Just your smartphone and a comfortable place to sit. Some drills use real text (your screen, a book, or a label).
Is this for everyone?
It’s designed mainly for people 40+ who want better near-vision. It doesn’t replace an eye exam. If you have pain, flashes, sudden blur, or any concern, see an eye-care professional before or during training.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. This is a habit and focus training program for near-vision, not a medical diagnosis. If you have any medical questions, you can consult an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
Are the exercises personalized to me?
Yes. Every session begins with a 30–60-second quick vision check for each eye on your phone. We use that day’s results to tailor text size, working distance, and focus steps so the training matches your eyes right now. You can re-calibrate anytime if something feels off.
